Release of New Film on the Gallatin Range

The Gallatin Yellowstone Wilderness Alliance has released a new film on the Gallatin Range in Montana by Adam Bronstein. The video explores the history of the area, the threats, the need for real protections and the ‘collaborators’ working against real protections.

You can watch the film within the Alliance’s website or full screen on YouTube.

Really cool seeing Howie Wolk, even via video. Haven’t seen him since the 1980s, I think at the 1986 or 1987 Earth First! rendezvous when our last interaction was me bumming a beer from him!

As to this land, it’s just another of the countless examples of humans ruining the Earth and killing the nonhuman life here. Really sad and enraging of course and I’m all for fighting development and inappropriate and too much recreation, but this kind of thing is not at all surprising.
